The PSS Series 600 steering pump is a highly versatile unit, depended upon for faultless performance in some of the most critical military and commercial environments.
The Series 600 power assisted steering pump is extremely durable whilst remaining lightweight and compact. Constructed in cast iron and aluminium, its modular design makes it perfect for both SAE and DIN specifications where performance and flexibility are paramount.
The Series 600 can be rotated clockwise or counter clockwise, with left or right-hand discharge. To minimise installation time and reduce costs, the rear cover can become an integral mounting bracket and the drive shaft can be extended to drive further air, vacuum or hydraulic pumps.

Developed for today’s automotive industry, the Series 600 is flexible, compact and lightweight. It can be used on all types of commercial vehicles, from light commercial vehicles and vans to Class 8 heavy duty trucks and road trains.
Modular in concept, the Series 600 meets both SAE and DIN specifications and can accommodate non-standard mountings. If required, the rear cover can become an integral mounting bracket reducing weight and saving on cost. Uniquely, the drive shaft can be extended through the rear cover to drive further air, vacuum or hydraulic pumps. The pump can be rotated clockwise or counter clockwise, with left or right hand discharge.
